A leading company in telecommunications seeks a Dispatcher who will manage customer service requests and dispatch work orders to enhance field team productivity. This pivotal role requires strong customer service skills, knowledge of telecommunications, and the ability to work a flexible schedule.
The Dispatcher receives service call requests and dispatches, schedules and follows-up on work orders, with the goal of minimizing missed appointments and maximizing field technical teams’ productivity. This role is remote.
