What is a Virtual CSR Dispatcher?

Our team of virtual CSRs work remotely from their homes and our headquarters in Fort Worth, Texas (Clearfork Area). Our technology allows us to extend our clients' teams virtually and impact their business positively daily. If you're a fast typer and excel at multitasking, read on.

As a Virtual CSR with Annie Admin, you will:

  • Provide excellent first impressions over the phone for our clients' customers.
  • Answer inbound calls from homeowners across America seeking repair appointments.
  • Make outbound calls to confirm appointments and follow up on previous jobs.
  • Communicate effectively with clients and team members using various software.

Your Experience / Lifestyle

  • Minimum 2 years of customer service experience; administrative experience is a plus.
  • Have a desktop computer with video/sound functionality, wired noise-canceling headset, Ethernet connection, and high-speed internet.
  • Dedicated, quiet home office space with no background noise.
  • Type at least 40 WPM.
  • Available to work Monday through Saturday, including some Saturdays, from home and occasionally from our Fort Worth office.
  • Strong communication skills, proper grammar, and professionalism across phone, email, and text.
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced, tech-rich environment handling high volumes of requests.
  • Reliable attendance with a predictable schedule.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team; mentoring experience is a plus.
  • Must reside within Texas DFW area during employment due to in-person meeting requirements.

TECH REQUIREMENTS:

  • Desktop or laptop with webcam, speakers, and a second monitor.
  • Windows or Mac OS.
  • 8GB RAM or more.
  • Direct connection to a router accessible from your workspace.

COMPENSATION:

$15 per hour + benefits.

Working Conditions

This position requires a dependable shift Monday through Saturday, sitting or standing at a computer for extended periods, and interacting with a diverse population via phone or computer. Travel between team locations or off-site events may occur.
