Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum 1 year of customer service experience.
• Basic PC skills and 10-key data entry.
• Strong reading, math and written communication skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
• Ability to interpret and apply complex instructions.
• Office environment work capability.
• Able to lift up to 10 lbs and perform light physical activity.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate product deliveries from the Customer Center to customers and manage returns.
• Route delivery trucks efficiently to balance workload and minimize shipping costs.
• Update delivery system with shipping and delivery information.
• Create delivery routes and trip sheets for drivers.
• Print bills of lading and shipping documentation.
• Update Oracle with shipping details and order information.
• Ship confirm orders in Oracle on the day of delivery.
• Send delivery notifications to Order Processing.
• Monitor and communicate truck ETAs.
• Run and close open order reports.
• Pre-call customers about scheduled deliveries.
• Coordinate with third-party carriers for end-of-mile stops.
• Provide backup support to Senior Dispatcher.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Job Summary The Dispatcher is responsible for coordinating product movement from the Customer Center (CC) to customers and managing the return of used equipment. This role ensures efficient truck routing, supports multiple business channels, maintains accurate shipping and Oracle system records, and provides exceptional customer service while optimizing delivery schedules and shipping costs. Key Responsibilities Coordinate product deliveries from the Customer Center (CC) to customers and manage the return of used equipment. Route delivery trucks efficiently to balance workload and minimize shipping costs. Update the delivery system with shipping and delivery information. Create delivery routes and trip sheets for drivers. Print bills of lading and shipping documentation. Update Oracle with shipping details, CC/DFF notes, and order information. Ship confirm orders in Oracle on the day of delivery. Send delivery notifications to Order Processing. Email marketplaces with the following day's delivery schedule. Monitor and communicate truck ETAs. Run and close open order reports. Pre-call customers when required regarding scheduled deliveries. Request certificates of insurance as needed. Place service calls and provide delivery time frame authorizations. Coordinate with third-party carriers for end-of-mile delivery stops within assigned authority. Identify customer needs and provide appropriate support or elevate inquiries when necessary. Support multiple business channels and provide backup support to the Senior Dispatcher when required. Perform other duties as assigned. Required Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent education. Minimum of 1 year of customer service experience. Basic PC skills. 10-key data entry skills. Adequate reading, mathematical, and written communication skills. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Ability to interpret and apply complex instructions and information.
