The Parking Spot is seeking a Dispatcher for the 6A-2P shift in a full-time capacity. The role supports shuttle operations and ensures timely service between parking facilities and airports across locations.

The position requires strong communication, basic math, and computer skills, plus a customer-service mindset. Benefits include an employee ownership program and competitive pay with weekly payouts.

Qualifications

• High school education or equivalent.
• Good interpersonal skills and teamwork abilities.
• Previous dispatch, cashier, and/or customer service experience is preferred.
• Basic math and computer skills.
• Ability to multi-task.
• Ability to verbally communicate clearly in the English language for safety purposes.

Responsibilities

• Greet each customer in a friendly and professional manner.
• Dispatch shuttles and maintain ample coverage at the parking facility and airport.
• Ensure targets are met through proper movement of shuttles.
• Maintain neat and clean work area.
• Cooperate with and communicate effectively to all team members to ensure the best possible service and efficient operations.
• May cross-train for other frontline positions as directed by management.
• Provide guests with accurate information as it relates to the parking facility and airport terminals.
• Perform additional duties as reasonably requested by Management.

Our Dispatchers are an integral part of daily operations ensuring shuttles are dispatched in a timely manner to meet our service levels between the parking facility and airport.

Pay Rate:$13 per hour with regular bonus opportunities
