Lynn University in Florida is seeking Campus Safety Dispatchers to receive calls, assess incidents, and dispatch staff to emergencies. The role includes monitoring alarms and CCTV, coordinating with emergency units, and maintaining accurate logs and communications.
Primary shifts include late nights and weekends, with flexibility to cover additional hours as required. Ideal candidates will have strong communication, crisis management skills, and familiarity with safety systems.
Campus Safety Dispatchers are responsible for receiving and responding to telephone and radio calls and dispatching staff to routine emergencies. Monitors all alarms and surveillance equipment and assists the public with information as needed.
Essential duties and responsibilities:
Primary schedule is Wednesday 12am - 6am, Thursday 6pm - 6am, Friday 6pm - 6am, and Saturday 6pm - 6am. Flexibility to work weekends, overnights, and other shifts as required.
