Verida Inc. is seeking a Dispatch Trainer to design and deliver comprehensive training programs for dispatch personnel in Villa Rica, GA.

Qualifications

Must have at least a high school diploma; degree preferred in logistics/transportation management.
Minimum 3 years in dispatch operations within transportation or warehousing.
Proven training or mentoring experience in a logistics environment.
Strong knowledge of dispatch software, transportation regulations, and safety standards.
Excellent communication and presentation skills for engaging diverse learners.

Responsibilities

Design and update training curricula for dispatch operations in logistics.
Conduct engaging training sessions, workshops, and coaching for new hires and staff.
Evaluate trainee progress with assessments and feedback to ensure competency.
Collaborate with operations and HR to identify skill gaps and adapt programs.
Maintain records of training activities and outcomes to drive continuous improvement.
