Job summary

Union Depot is seeking a Dispatch Supervisor to manage SSR work orders received by phone and ensure accurate data entry into the system. You will oversee an assigned team on a designated shift and coordinate with frontline staff to meet productivity and service targets.

This role requires strong supervision and communication skills, with responsibility for assigning orders to wheelchair agents and maintaining high customer service standards on a revolving schedule including weekend shifts.

Job description

The Dispatch Supervisor will receive SSR work orders via telephone, enters information into computer system or manual orders. May give general information over the phone to clients/customers. Employee is also responsible for the direct oversight of an assigned work team/ area on a designated account and/or on designated shift. Employee is further responsible for ensuring that productivity levels and customer service requirements are being met. Must also assign worker orders to wheelchair agents.

Compensation: $22.38 per hour pay rate (U.S. Dollars)

The pay listed is the salaried range for this position. A specific offer will vary based on the applicant’s experience, skills, abilities, geographic location, and alignment with market data.
