Job summary

ABM is hiring a Dispatcher for T. F. Green Airport.

The role focuses on dispatching Wheelchair Attendants and Security Operations across terminal locations, under general supervision with clearly defined procedures. You will establish strong client and team relationships, coordinate resources, and update the computer database with assignments. This full-time position offers specific shifts (3:00 am–11:30 am and 11:00 am–7:30 pm), weekend/holiday scheduling as needed, and time-and-a-half on

Job description

The Dispatcher is responsible for dispatching of Wheelchair Attendants and Security Operations to various locations throughout the terminal. Works under general supervision following clearly defined procedures and policies This individual provides extraordinary customer service to clients Establishes and maintains effective communication and working relationships with clients, co-workers, shift coordinators, supervisors, managers, etc. The Dispatcher assigns individuals and teams to tasks and locations. Coordinates resources according to customer requests and general job demands. Communicates assignments to employees and enters assignment data in computer database.

FULL TIME AVAILABLE

• Available Shifts - 3:00 am-11:30 am and 11:00am-7:30pm
• May be scheduled for weekends and holidays when needed
• Time and a half on Sunday’s and observed holidays
• Parking is free for ABM employees!

Pay: $17.00 per hour.
