Qualifications

• 3+ years of dispatch experience, preferably in HVAC, plumbing, electrical, or home services.
• Previous supervisory or leadership experience is required.
• Call center supervisory experience is highly preferred.
• Excellent communication, leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with ServiceTitan or similar dispatching software preferred.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and computer applications.

Pay Range

$70,000 - $120,000 USD
