AAA Cooper Transportation, Inc. is seeking a Dispatch Supervisor to coordinate daily dispatch functions and manage driver/freight handler teams. The role focuses on timely LTL dispatch, dock coordination, and maintaining safety and quality handling procedures.

Experience in dispatch is preferred, with a strong emphasis on leading in a fast-paced environment and adherence to DOT regulations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Satisfactory background check.
• Have a working knowledge of all DOT regulations that govern your particular job.
• Ability to lead in a fast paced environment.
• Dispatch experience strongly preferred.
