AAA Cooper Transportation, a private asset-based trucking company with multi-regional coverage, seeks a Dispatch Supervisor to coordinate daily dispatch operations and manage drivers and freight handlers. This full-time role supports dock operations and ensures timely LD/LTL dispatches across regions.

The ideal candidate will have experience in fast-paced environments, a solid understanding of DOT regulations, and a track record of leadership in dispatch.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Satisfactory background check.
• Have a working knowledge of all DOT regulations that govern your particular job.
• Ability to lead in a fast paced environment.
• Dispatch experience strongly preferred.
