AAA Cooper Transportation, Inc. is seeking a Dock Supervisor in Greenville, SC to ensure timely, damage-free freight delivery and maintain exceptional customer relations. The role emphasizes safety, team coordination, and effective scheduling of drivers and pickups.

You will plan deliveries, resolve conflicts, monitor customer requirements, and guide terminal staff while adhering to DOT rules. The position requires reliable, punctual adults ready for full-time duties at our Greenville facility.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 21 years or older.
• Pass DOT pre-employment drug screen and DOT physical.
• Satisfactory background check.
• Pass ACT road test.
• Flexible Hours.
• Able to be certified as forklift operator.
• Familiar with handling hazardous materials.
• Read, write, speak and understand English well.
• Operate a motor vehicle safely.
• Knowledge of DOT regulations for the job.
• Understanding of the LTL industry.
• Punctual, meticulous and reliable.
• Computer literate (Excel, Outlook, Word).

• Enter Customer Pickup Request.
• Assign Pickups to the Appropriate Driver.

Requirements
