Responsibilities include:
Learn and apply dispatch procedures, scheduling systems, and company processes through structured, on-the-job training.
Answer inbound calls from customers and field techniciansregardingservice appointments, installations, and repairs.
Schedule, confirm, and adjust field technician appointments based on customer availability, technician capacity, and service area coverage.
Communicate with field technicians throughout the day to track job status, provide updates, and relay customer information.
Monitor technician schedules and routes,identifyingand helping resolve scheduling conflicts, delays, or gaps in coverage.
Notify customers of appointment windows, technician arrival updates, delays, or rescheduling needs.
Research required information using available resources, CRM, and dispatch/scheduling tools to resolve customer and technician inquiries.
Identifyand elevate priority issues (e.g., missed appointments, service outages, urgent repairs) to senior team members or management as needed.
Route inbound calls to theappropriate internalresources when a request falls outside dispatch (e.g., billing, technical support, sales).
Completeaccuratecall notes and dispatch records, updating information in the CRM and dispatch systems in real time.
Record details of customer and technician interactions, including comments, inquiries, complaints, and actions taken.
Communicate and coordinate with internal departments (e.g., field operations, technical support, customer service) to ensure smooth service delivery.
Ask questions and seek guidance from trainers, mentors, and team leads as you build your skills.

RoleRequirements include:
Must have HS Diploma or GED.
No prior dispatch, telecom, or call center experience required — comprehensive training provided.
Willingness to learn dispatch software, scheduling systems, and telecom service/product basics.
Ability to work onsite at the Provalus office. No remote positions are available at this time.
Excellent communication skills, including verbal and written communication.
Ability to work well with others in a team environment.
Good computer skills and comfort learning new software/systems; ability to multi-task and manage multiple schedules or calls at once.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, given the importance of accurate scheduling and routing.
Ability to stay calm, professional, and patient in stressful or fast-paced situations, including when coordinating time-sensitive appointments.
Coachable and open to feedback, with a strong desire to grow within the telecommunications field.
Flexibility to work varying shifts, as dispatch coverage may extend beyond standard business hours depending on business needs.
