Provalus is seeking entry-level Specialists to support brand-new fiber customers during their critical first 90 days of service. In this role, youll be the first point of contact for customers experiencing technical questions, setup needs, or service trouble on their newly installed fiber internet and in-home Wi-Fi — with some in-home voice service support as well. This is primarily an inbound call center role, with occasional outbound follow-up to confirm issues are resolved and help customers finish setting up shipped equipment.
