Qualifications

• 1 year routing/dispatching experience with customer service (preferred).
• 1 year contact center or call center work experience (required).
• 1 year of advanced scheduling experience.
• 1 year of heavy inbound/outbound phone and email inquiries requiring clear communication with veterans and team members.
• 1 year working in a metrics-driven environment.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate work for technicians and schedule dates with customers.
• Create detailed routes up to two weeks in advance.
• Maintain customer records and SLA adherence in Salesforce.
• Answer calls and emails, transfer to relevant departments as needed.
• Prepare daily work lists and generate work orders.
