Zito Media is seeking a Dispatch Manager in Coudersport, PA to oversee daily dispatch operations for field technicians across service, installation and outage repair work. The role requires coordinating with multiple teams to resolve issues promptly and maintain service quality.

Key responsibilities include workflow optimization, scheduling, and accurate reporting, with a focus on delivering timely updates to customers and internal teams.

Qualifications

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office including PowerPoint and MS Publisher.
• Experience in a customer service/Call Center role.
• Knowledge of TCP/IP commands such as ping and traceroute.
• Experience with Cable Television billing systems.
• One year of dispatch operations, customer service and logistics experience.
• Ability to troubleshoot basic converter boxes and cable modems.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations of the dispatch department.
• Coordinate across organizations to resolve issues for Field Technicians.
• Route and monitor work orders to technicians to meet customer needs.
• Provide phone updates and outages/status reports to stakeholders.
• Produce regular reports on pending and completed work.
• Maintain customer database and scheduling calendars.
