Job summary

Liberty Personnel Services, Inc. is seeking a reliable Dispatch / Logistics Coordinator for a growing Southern Chester County distribution operation. You will support daily transportation and delivery, dispatch drivers and third-party carriers, and keep loads moving on schedule.

Ideal candidates excel under pressure with strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills, and can multitask in a fast-paced environment while working with drivers, carriers, and internal teams.

Qualifications

Previous dispatch, logistics, transportation, or coordinating experience preferred.
Proficient with Microsoft Excel, Word, and email.
Strong communication and organizational skills.
Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
Dependable, detail-oriented, and able to work independently.
Compensation: $20.00-$22.00 per hour.

Responsibilities

Dispatch company drivers and third-party carriers
Monitor delivery routes and provide status updates
Assist drivers with delays, route changes, and delivery issues
Coordinate with warehouse and shipping personnel to keep loads moving on schedule
Communicate effectively with drivers, carriers, and internal teams throughout the shift
