Job summary

Veolia Group in the United States seeks a Field Service Representative to provide commissioning and aftermarket support for our Electrodialysis Reversal (EDR) product line. You will review installations, monitor performance, perform instrumentation maintenance, and troubleshoot various systems.

You will also train customers, deliver detailed service summaries, and ensure safety and quality on site across North America, with significant travel 50–70% and independent remote work when coordinating

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or international equivalent.
• 2+ years service/maintenance in industrial environment.

Responsibilities

• Review customer plant installations against reference drawings.
• Monitor equipment performance and operation.
• Perform maintenance and calibration on plant instrumentation.
• Conduct analytical testing (turbidity, hardness, chlorine, pH, CO2, O2, SDI, TOC).
• Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, process, and controls on equipment.
• Carry out installation & maintenance on EDR configurations.
• Provide customer training on operation and maintenance.
• Provide detailed technical summaries after service visits.

Job Description

As a Field Service Representative (FSR),you will safely provide commissioning and aftermarket support to a diverse group of industrial and municipal customers primarily focused on our Electrodialysis Reversal (EDR) product line.

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Review customer plant installations and compare against WTS reference drawings (P&IDs, electrical schematics, general arrangement, etc.)
• Monitor equipment performance and operation
• Conduct maintenance and calibration activities on various treatment plant instrumentation
• Perform analytical testing such as: turbidity, hardness, chlorine, pH, CO2, O2, SDI, TOC, in addition to various other site-specific testing requirements
• Carry out mechanical, electrical, process, and controls troubleshooting on equipment such as valves, air compressors, ejectors, pumps, blowers, instrumentation, and automation hardware
• Perform installation & maintenance activities on various EDR configurations
• Provide customers with informal training around operation and maintenance of their system
• Provide customers with detailed technical summaries of work performed during service visits
• Comply with company and customer safety guidelines and requirements

Education & Experience:

Required

• High School Diploma / GED / Home School Certification OR international equivalent
• 2+ years' experience of service/maintenance or equivalent in an industrial environment

Preferred

• Technical certificate in Instrumentation, Controls, or programming
• Associate's orBachelor's degree in science/engineering (STEM)
• Water treatment equipment experience including ultrafiltration and/or membrane bioreactors
• PLC Programming experience

Work Conditions:

• Must possess a valid Driver's License
• Must be ableto perform physical duties such as lifting, climbing, and using your hands and fingers in a skillful and coordinated way
• Work may take placein a range of environments, including but not limited to industrial sites, at elevated heights, or inconfined spaces
• Must be available for on-call emergency response
• Must be capable of traveling within North America without any restrictions
• Travel:50% to70%
