Job summary

Maschmeyer Concrete is seeking a dependable Customer Service Representative (Dispatch) to support our Florida operations. You will answer incoming calls, schedule concrete deliveries, process payments, and maintain clear communication with Delivery Professionals to meet customer needs. Prior experience in concrete or construction helps but is not required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Intermediate computer skills including Microsoft Office.
• Bilingual in Spanish preferred.
