Job summary

Advanced Roofing, Inc in Tampa, FL is seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team. This full-time, on-site role centers on managing the complete service cycle from customer calls to dispatching field technicians, coordinating schedules, processing invoices, and ensuring timely collections.

You'll collaborate with clients, estimators, branch managers, and accounting to deliver exceptional service.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 0–3 years dispatching field technicians in the service roofing industry preferred.
• Bilingual Spanish/English a plus.
• Successful background check and drug screen required.
• Experience in roofing/construction is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Handle all incoming service, maintenance, and warranty calls with professionalism and courtesy.
• Dispatch and schedule service work, assigning tickets based on technician availability and location.
• Coordinate job site access and logistics with customers, technicians, and third-party vendors.
• Ensure accurate documentation for billing, including service details, photos, and approvals.
• Process and send invoices promptly; follow up on collections and lien/NTO procedures.
• Maintain service schedules, dispatch boards, and maintenance agreements; keep logs updated.
• Review and process technician timesheets and assist with payroll coordination.
• Provide administrative support, including office supply management and clerical tasks.
