Job summary

Socket.dev is seeking a Service Support Agent to coordinate with customers and service technicians, schedule visits, and confirm warranties while keeping clients updated on their requests.

You will work with 3rd party providers in regions without Johnson-employed technicians and assist in invoicing after work completion, supporting the accounts receivable team to ensure warranty revenue is collected accurately.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of customer service and/or scheduling experience preferred.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook skills.
• High school degree or equivalent required.

Responsibilities

• Establish service, maintenance, contract call priorities and schedule accordingly.
• Maintain positive long-term relationships with customers and key members of commercial establishments.
• Assist customers by phone, email, and walk-ins; support retail sales in resolving issues.
• Ensure inventory is in stock before scheduling service calls and assist in ordering parts.
• Invoice the correct parties and coordinate with accounts receivable for warranty revenue.
