Job summary

Philabundance in Philadelphia, PA is seeking a full-time Dispatcher to coordinate pickups and deliveries of food donations, plan routes for CDL and van drivers, and support the operations team to ensure prompt service.

You will manage driver scheduling, track daily activity, maintain records in spreadsheets, and provide strong customer service to donors and agencies. High school diploma or GED required; Serve Safe certification preferred, CDL knowledge a plus.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required or equivalent.
• Serve Safe Certification preferred; must certify within 30 days of hire.
• CDL knowledge is a plus; experience with food distribution preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide positive customer service to Philabundance contacts with urgency.
• Coordinate delivery routes and resources to ensure on-time food distribution.
• Perform administrative duties maintaining accurate records and databases.
• Schedule drivers and gather information to communicate needs to drivers.
• Track delivery and pickup activity; communicate resolutions to teams.
