Job summary

Cascades East Transit seeks an experienced Dispatch and Call Center Supervisor to lead the CET Dispatch and Call Center teams in Oregon, ensuring efficient daily operations and adherence to quality and compliance standards under the CET Operations Manager.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree plus 3 years of related work experience; 1 year of supervisory experience.
• Ability to supervise and provide leadership to staff.
• ADA and FTA regulations knowledge.
• Proficient with Excel, Word and MS Office Suite.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.

Responsibilities

• Direct and supervise Dispatch and Call Center staff to include assignment of work, training and performance.
• Coach staff to achieve optimum performance through guidance and support.
• Coordinate hiring with HR and CET Ops Manager; review applications and orientation.
• Conduct performance reviews and approve time sheets.
• Schedule time off requests and ensure dispatch/Call Center operations.
• Investigate and resolve complaints; implement corrective action as needed.
• Ensure efficient routing and on-time delivery for Demand Response buses.
• Respond to emergencies in communication with the CET Operations Manager.
• Develop procedures for Dispatch and Call Center functions and staff training.
• Monitor workload and performance; ensure compliance with policies and laws.
