Responsabilidades:

The Seasonal Cast Member role is a temporary assignment from mid-May to August. This part-time, non-exempt position's primary responsibility is to ensure Guests have "The Best Retail Experience in the World" by engaging and providing an entertaining and magical experience.

• Supports Disney Store Mission, “Creating Magical Moments for Guests of all Ages”
• Connects with Guests by asking open-ended questions to assess needs and make suggestions
• Contributes to a high-energy, fast-paced environment providing an entertaining experience
• Assists Guests in finding solutions leveraging all available resources including Disneystore.com
• Treats all Guests and Cast Members with respect, contributing to a positive environment
• Maintains Disney brand standards in Guest engagement, visual presentation, and housekeeping
• Performs cash wrap and mobile POS duties efficiently while maintaining high service levels
• Follows all company policies outlined in SOPs, Employee Manual, and Code of Conduct
• Promotes a safe working and shopping environment
• Retail/service experience preferred with strong guest-focused engagement skills
• Works well as part of a team and responds to feedback appropriately
• Maintains professional appearance per Disney Store grooming guidelines

Experiencia laboral requerida:

• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs and climb ladders
• Flexible schedule including overnights, evenings, holidays, weekends, and call-in shifts from mid-May to August
• Availability for at least two weekday shifts and weekend availability
• Legal right to work in the U.S.
• Minimum age of 18 years
