The Seasonal Cast Member role is a temporary position from mid-May to August, with no guarantee of permanent employment. This part-time, non-exempt role focuses on delivering "The Best Retail Experience in the World" by engaging guests and creating a magical environment.

• Supports Disney Store Mission: "Creating Magical Moments for Guests of all Ages"
• Engages guests through open-ended questions to assess needs and offer suggestions
• Contributes to a lively, fast-paced environment providing entertainment and fun
• Assists guests in finding solutions, utilizing all resources including disneystore.com
• Treats all guests and team members with respect, fostering a positive environment
• Maintains Disney brand standards in guest engagement, visual presentation, and cleanliness
• Handles cash register and mobile POS transactions efficiently, ensuring excellent guest service
• Performs operational tasks as needed
• Adheres to company policies outlined in SOPs, Employee Manual, and Code of Conduct
• Ensures a safe shopping and working environment
• Retail/service experience preferred with strong guest engagement skills
• Works well in a team and accepts feedback constructively
• Maintains professional appearance per Disney grooming guidelines

• Flexible schedule including nights, holidays, weekends, and call-ins from mid-May to August
• Availability for at least two weekday shifts and weekend shifts
