Responsibilities:

The Seasonal Cast Member role is a temporary assignment that begins in late September and concludes in mid-January. This is a part-time, non-exempt position. Primary responsibilities include:

• Supporting Disney Store Mission: “Creating Magical Moments for Guests of all Ages”
• Engaging with Guests by asking open-ended questions to assess their needs and make suggestions
• Contributing to a high-energy, fast-paced environment that provides an entertaining, fun, and dynamic experience
• Assisting Guests in finding solutions that meet their needs, leveraging all available resources including Disneystore.com
• Treating all Guests and Cast Members with respect and contributing to a positive work environment
• Maintaining Disney brand standards in Guest engagement, visual presentation, and housekeeping
• Performing cash wrap and mobile POS duties efficiently while maintaining high Guest Service standards
• Participating in shipment processing, replenishment, and operational tasks as needed
• Upholding company policies outlined in SOPs, Employee Policy Manual, and Code of Business Conduct
• Promoting a safe working and shopping environment

Required Work Experience:

• Availability to work a flexible schedule including nights, holidays, weekends, and call-in shifts
• Minimum two shifts Monday through Friday and weekend availability
• Ability to lift up to 45 lbs and climb ladders
• Legal right to work in the United States
• At least 18 years old

Preferred Experience:

• Experience in retail or service industry

Education:

• High School Diploma or equivalent
