Job summary

Fenix Parts Inc. is seeking an Automotive Dismantler in Hillsboro, OH to safely remove engines, transmissions, and drivetrain components while ensuring quality control and accurate labeling.

You will test and evaluate engines and electrical parts, manage fluids responsibly, and keep a clean, well-documented workspace. We offer a competitive day shift schedule Monday through Friday with comprehensive benefits, including health, dental, and vision, plus 401(k).

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of hands-on automotive mechanic experience including removal of engines, transmissions and drivetrain components.
• Strong mechanical aptitude with knowledge of automotive parts and their functions.
• Must own and maintain essential mechanical tools.
• Ability to lift at least 75 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Safe removal of drivetrain components including engines, transmissions, differentials, driveshafts, axels and more.
• Tag and label parts to QA standards.
• Test engines and electrical components.
• Drain and store fluids responsibly.
• Maintain a clean work area and complete documentation.
