Fenix Parts in Canton, OH is hiring an Automotive Parts Puller for a full-time, on-site role. The position involves removing parts from vehicles in salvage yards, using forklifts to move parts, and ensuring quality control through inspection and accurate data entry.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of hands-on automotive mechanic experience including repair/removal of parts.
• Must own and maintain essential mechanical tools.

Responsibilities

• Parts Retrieval: Locate, identify, and remove auto parts from vehicles in salvage yards.
• Operational Efficiency: Use forklifts and lift equipment to move parts safely between storage areas.
• Quality Control: Inspect parts for defects, label and tag items, and input data into computer systems.
• Environmental Integrity: Manage organization and disposal of scrap and core materials.
• Workspace Maintenance: Keep work area orderly and complete paperwork diligently.

Position Overview: Automotive Parts Puller

As a key player on our team, you’ll engage in the removal of automotive parts from vehicles, focusing on the safe and efficient extraction of valuable parts such as doors, seats, mirrors, body panels, pumps, hoods, trunks, alternators etc. Your role is crucial in ensuring the quality and functionality of these parts, helping us supply top-tier products to customers and partners.

Key Responsibilities:

Requirements:
