• Wash and organize dishes and kitchen equipment.
• Maintain cleanliness and safety in the dish area.
• Monitor dish machine safety standards.
• Complete assigned opening, side work, and closing duties.
• Follow safe usage of kitchen equipment and cleaning compounds.
• Adhere to food service and handling safety precautions.
