The Dishwasher Lead is a hands‑on operational leader responsible for overseeing the cleaning, sanitation, and preparation of all tabletop inventory. This role actively leads daily dishwashing operations, ensuring all items meet company quality standards and are processed efficiently to support outbound orders. The position requires direct involvement on the floor, managing workflow, maintaining equipment, and ensuring production targets are met in a high‑volume environment.
