Responsibilities

• Wash, rinse, and sanitize dishes, pots, pans, utensils, and small wares.
• Maintain cleanliness of kitchen floors, mats, drains, walls, and shelves.
• Assist with kitchen deliveries, proper storage, organization, and rotation.
• Arrive on time, groomed, with required trainings and attend shifts.
• Provide excellent customer service and model suggestive selling; answer phones promptly.
• Maximize sales through proper prep, storage, rotation, stocking, and merchandising.
• Follow health and sanitation procedures and safe work practices.
• Maintain a clean, sanitary environment and ensure equipment cleanliness.
• Perform opening, mid, and closing duties; ensure accurate signage and pricing; report hazards.
• Perform other duties as assigned by leadership.
