EverTrue is seeking a Dishwashing Associate to maintain cleanliness and sanitation of china, glassware, and utensils in a on-site kitchen in Allentown, PA. The role involves operating dishwashers, hand-washing pots and pans, and transporting items to storage while ensuring safety and hygiene standards.

The position supports a team in a fast-paced kitchen environment and requires attention to safety, temperature controls, and routine cleaning tasks as part of daily duties.

Qualifications

• Previous experience working in a commercial kitchen is preferred.
• Ability to read and understand work instructions and assignments.
• Must be patient and tolerant toward staff, residents, and family members.
• May need to receive a hepatitis A vaccine if working inside St. Louis County.

Responsibilities

• Dishes and utensils: set up, rinse, load, wash by machine or by hand.
• Ensure cleanliness and sanitation of dishwashing area and equipment.
• Carry clean dishes to proper storage areas and rewash as needed for cleanliness.
• Perform general kitchen cleaning duties and spill clean-up as required.
