Job summary

Hospitality Services Group (HSG) is hiring dependable Utility/Dishwashers for our fall event team. This position focuses on dishwashing, operating commercial dishwashing equipment, and supporting kitchen sanitation during large events.

You should be comfortable standing for extended periods, working in a fast-paced kitchen, and collaborating with the kitchen team to ensure clean, safe, and efficient operation of event food service.

Qualifications

• Wash dishes, pots, pans, utensils, and kitchen equipment.

Important: This is primarily a dishwashing position. You should be comfortable spending the majority - and potentially your entire shift - washing dishes and supporting kitchen sanitation.

What You'll Do:

• Wash dishes, pots, pans, utensils, and kitchen equipment
• Operate commercial dishwashing equipment
• Clean and sanitize kitchen areasRemove trash and maintain organized work areas
• Follow food safety and sanitation procedures
• Assist the kitchen team when needed

• Comfortable with high-volume dishwashing for the entire shift
