Job summary

IHOP Lovell Rd is now hiring for 1st and 2nd shift, offering starting pay of $12 per hour with weekends required and nights available. This role emphasizes cleanliness, efficiency and guest satisfaction in a busy kitchen and dining area.

As a team member, you will wash and sanitize dishes, assist with food prep, maintain kitchen and dining area cleanliness, and support front-of-house operations during peak times. Training is provided and benefits are available.

Qualifications

• No prior experience required; we are willing to train the right candidate
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks efficiently
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Availability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Wash and sanitize dishes, utensils, glassware, pots, and pans using commercial dishwashing equipment
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area, including dish storage and cleaning supplies
• Assist with food preparation and ingredients as needed, ensuring a smooth workflow for kitchen staff
• Dispose of waste and recycling in accordance with health and safety regulations
• Ensure compliance with health and safety standards at all times
• Set and reset tables according to dining room standards and guest preferences
• Clear and clean tables after guests have finished dining promptly
• Maintain cleanliness of the dining area, including floors and restrooms, kitchen and the parking lot
• Support the front of house team during busy periods to ensure a positive dining experience for guests
