Fork & Knife LLC in Flemington, NJ is seeking a hardworking Dishwasher/Buss Person to join our team. This is a fast-paced, hands-on role that keeps our dining room and kitchen running smoothly.

If you take pride in a clean, organized workspace and love being part of a great restaurant team, we want to hear from you! Responsibilities include washing dishes and maintaining sanitation, clearing and resetting tables, and assisting staff during busy periods while upholding food safety standards.

Qualifications

• No prior experience required — a positive attitude and strong work ethic are a must.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced restaurant environment under pressure.
• Must be reliable, punctual, and a strong team player.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
• Strong attention to cleanliness and detail.

• Wash, sanitize, and organize all dishes, glassware, utensils, and kitchen equipment
• Clear and reset tables quickly and efficiently to maintain dining room flow
• Assist servers and kitchen staff during high-volume service periods
• Maintain cleanliness of the dishwashing station, kitchen floors, and back-of-house areas
• Restock supplies such as clean dishes, glassware, and silverware throughout the shift
• Remove trash and maintain proper waste disposal procedures
• Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines at all times
