Job Summary

We are seeking a Dishwasher to join our team! In this role, you will be responsible for loading the dishwasher with dirty dishes brought in by the bussers and unloading clean dishes. You will also perform general cleaning tasks as assigned by the restaurant manager. The ideal candidate is hardworking and reliable! Responsibilities

• Prerinse dishes and tableware and load them into the dishwasher
• Unload dishwasher and put items away in proper areas
• Sweep and mop floors
• Follow all health and safety guidelines
• Participate in team meetings
• Perform other cleaning duties (trash cans, bathrooms, etc.), as assigned
• Ensure boxes are broken down and garbage is disposed of properly
• Prepare items required for service
• Ensure all tools and tableware are ready for service
• Ensure dishes are clean, stored properly, and stations are wiped at the end of shift
• Clean all dishes and surfaces throughout and after service
• Store dishes and tools properly after service
• Sweep and mop all floors regularly
• Clean bathrooms thoroughly (sink, toilet, floor)
• Clean and organize walk-in cooler, freezer, and dry storage areas
