Job summary

LCB Senior Living, LLC is seeking a per diem Dishwasher at Traditions of Dedham to support our dining services. Weekend availability is a must, with a wage band of $17.00-$19.00 per hour based on experience.

The role involves washing, storing dishes, maintaining a clean kitchen, and assisting with events and menu planning while upholding safety standards. The position emphasizes excellent customer service, teamwork with chefs and servers, and adherence to company policies and equal opportunity

Qualifications

Strong organization and time management skills.
Able to resolve problems of dissatisfied customers and/or associates.
Able to build positive relationships with coworkers and residents.
Able to handle multiple jobs and priorities.
Must be able to lift 15 lbs.

Responsibilities

Provide a high level of customer service and promote a restaurant style dining atmosphere.
Wash and store all dishes and equipment in accordance with policy and procedures.
Keep floors clean and empty trash.
Assist with putting food orders away and stored appropriately.
Assist chefs and servers as assigned.
Assist with preparation and execution of special events and banquets.
Adhere to cleaning schedules and food safety practices.
Communicate resident likes and dislikes to dining room management.
Clean and sanitize dining room areas.
