Wildfire - Schaumburg is hiring dishwashers to keep our busy kitchen running smoothly. You will wash and sanitize plates, utensils, and cookware, assist with back-of-house cleanliness, and work varied shifts, including weekends.

Qualifications

• Washing and sanitizing utensils and items as assigned.
• Maintain cleanliness of back-of-house areas.
• Able to work varied hours, including weekends.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a pace sufficient to prevent back up of dirty dishes.
• Return and restock items after washing and sanitizing.
• Read a thermometer and ensure proper temps.
• Maintain dishwashing machinery and report issues to Management.
• Follow all safety and sanitation guidelines and procedures.
• Be a team player and assist as needed.
