WE LOVE OUR WORK.

• Load and unload dishwashers; clean Food & Beverage areas and equipment.
• Provide high-level customer service and promote a positive attitude to create a fun, entertaining experience for guests and team members.
• Operate dish machines to clean dishes, utensils, and cookware; ensure items are sanitized and properly stored.
• Maintain cleanliness of Food & Beverage facilities and equipment, including ovens, grills, fryers, and coolers.
• Maintain a three-compartment sink for cleaning utensils and cookware.
• Operate and clean power wash sinks, salvagers, and industrial equipment safely.
• Communicate politely and professionally with guests, team members, and management, practicing excellent customer service.
• Remove trash and debris, follow safety rules, and keep work areas organized.
• Report hazards, unsafe conditions, product shortages, and restock supplies promptly.
• Conduct oneself professionally and complete assigned projects or tasks.
• Attend mandatory meetings and training sessions.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
