JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Load and unload dishwashers; clean Food & Beverage areas, food storage, and preparation equipment.
2. Provide high-quality customer service, promoting a positive attitude to ensure an entertaining experience for guests and team members.
3. Operate dish machine to clean dishes, utensils, and cookware, ensuring items are sanitized and properly stored.
4. Maintain cleanliness of all Food & Beverage facilities and equipment, including ovens, grills, fryers, and coolers.
5. Maintain a three-compartment sink for cleaning utensils and cookware, and operate power wash sinks and salvajor as needed.
6. Operate industrial equipment safely, including electric carts, dumpster lifts, and cardboard crushers.
7. Communicate politely and professionally with guests, colleagues, and management, adhering to customer service standards.
8. Remove trash and debris, and keep work areas orderly and safe, reporting hazards promptly.
9. Restock supplies and report product shortages to supervisors.
10. Conduct oneself professionally at all times and complete assigned projects or tasks.
11. Attend mandatory meetings and training sessions.
12. Perform other duties as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Experience in sanitation is a plus.
• Must speak and understand English.
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS: Regularly talk and hear; stand and walk frequently; occasionally sit, reach, stoop, kneel, crouch; lift/move up to 50 pounds; operate equipment requiring manual dexterity; occasionally push/pull carts and equipment up to 250 lbs. Vision requirements include close and distant vision.
