Job summary

A leading seafood restaurant chain in Lealman is seeking a Dishwasher/Utility to maintain cleanliness and assist kitchen staff. Responsibilities include cleaning dishes, sanitizing areas, and supporting Cooks. Ideal candidates are team players with attention to detail and can lift up to 50 pounds. Qualifications

• Must meet minimum age requirement and authorized to work in the U.S.
• Ability to bend, reach, stoop and lift up to 50 pounds safely.
• Ability to move about the restaurant and remain standing for an 8 - 12 hour shift.

Responsibilities

• Cleaning and maintaining all areas of the restaurant.
• Cleaning and sanitizing all dishware, flatware, glassware, pots, pans and cooking utensils.
• Safely and correctly operating the dishwasher and other equipment.
• Emptying all trash in the kitchen and other areas.
• Working as one kitchen by supporting the Cooks with prep work.
