We are seeking a dedicated FULL TIME Dishwasher/Steward to join our busy culinary team. This role requires flexibility to work various shifts and days based on business needs. Prior dishwashing or related experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Operate dishwashing equipment to clean all dishes and utensils used in kitchens, restaurants, and banquets.
• Scrub pots and pans as needed.
• Restock supplies in designated areas.
• Perform general kitchen cleaning, including mopping floors and trash removal.
• Ensure compliance with health and sanitation standards.
• Organize and store food and dry goods properly, following FIFO principles.
• Remove trash from containers and transport to the dumpster.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Some related work or hospitality experience preferred.
• Ability to obtain any required government licenses or certificates.

• Maintain a neat, clean, and professional appearance following uniform guidelines.
