Qualifications

• Must be able to perform dishwashing and sanitation duties.
• Comfort with handling cleaning chemicals per MSDS guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Operate the dish machine according to standard procedures.
• Handle the 3-compartment sink per guidelines.
• Inspect items for cleanliness and transport to storage.
• Dispose of garbage and cardboard safely and sweep/mop floors.
• Keep storage areas clean and organized and follow scheduled tasks.
