The Nothing Bundt Cakes (NbC) Dishwasher/Utility Employee plays an essential role in ensuring a smooth, efficient, and guest-ready operation by meeting high-volume dishwashing demands and maintaining a clean, sanitized bakery. The Dishwasher/Utility Employee embodies NbC core values and demonstrates a strong commitment to excellence and efficiency in the workplace.

Accountabilities/Duties

1. Manually washes, rinses, and sanitizes all baking pans, dishes, utensils, and other tools, adhering to NbC standards.
2. Monitors sanitization levels to ensure compliance with health and safety guidelines.
3. Removes garbage, sweeps, mops floors, and cleans floor drains.
4. Performs routine cleaning of windows, shelves, counters, refrigerator, cooler, and bathroom.
5. Cleans, sanitizes, and restocks the workstation, ensuring supplies are ready for the next shift.
6. Monitors inventory of cleaning supplies and notifies management when replenishment is needed.
7. Assists in unloading, processing, and storing weekly supplies deliveries.
8. Supports team members in cleaning and organizing workstations as needed.
9. Follows all health and safety guidelines and NbC policies, including dress code and personal hygiene.
10. Maintains regular attendance and punctuality.

Knowledge, Skills, And Abilities

• Ability to understand written and oral instructions, interpret operational procedures, and apply knowledge effectively.
• Capability to perform physical tasks, including lifting up to 50 pounds and standing for extended periods.
• Ability to evaluate processes and surroundings for compliance with standards.
• Discipline and attention to detail to adhere to safety and work environment standards.
• Organized, self-motivated, and able to operate independently with minimal supervision.

Education, Certifications, and Work Experience

• Applicants must be 18 years or older.
• No formal education or experience required, but prior experience in a bakery, restaurant, or foodservice environment is a plus.
