Nothing Bundt Cakes #1275 is seeking a Dishwasher/Utility team member to keep the bakery clean, organized, and running efficiently. You will support the kitchen by maintaining high standards for cleanliness, sanitation, and workspace readiness.

The role is Monday through Friday, starting at 9:30 AM, ~30 hours per week. Compensation is $12 per hour, with a team-focused work environment and opportunities to contribute to smooth bakery operations.

• Maintain attendance and punctuality
• Keep workspace clean and organized according to NbC standards

Position Summary:

The Dishwasher/Utility team member plays a key role in keeping our bakery clean, organized, and running efficiently. This position supports the kitchen team by maintaining high standards for cleanliness, sanitation, and overall workspace readiness.

Schedule:

Monday through Friday, beginning at 9:30 AM, approximately 30 hours per week. Shift lengths may vary based on production needs.

Accountabilities/Duties:

• Manually washes, rinses and sanitizes all baking pans, dishes, utensils, and other tools in a thorough and timely manner and adheres to all NbC standards
• Monitors sanitization levels to ensure compliance with health and safety guidelines
• Gathers and removes garbage, sweeps, and mops floors, and cleans floor drains
• Assists in the unloading, processing, and storage of weekly supplies delivery
• Performs routine cleaning of refrigerator, cooler, and bathroom
• Maintains a consistent work attendance and punctuality record

Requirements & Work Conditions:

• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Must be able to lift up to 35 pounds
• Role is repetitive and detail-oriented in nature
• Ability to stand for extended periods of time
• Able to follow written and verbal instructions and adhere to operating procedures and health and safety standards
• Demonstrates attention to detail and a strong commitment to cleanliness and compliance
• Self-motivated, organized, and able to work independently with minimal supervision

Qualifications:

• No formal education or experience required
• Previous experience in a dishwasher, kitchen, or foodservice support role is a plus

Compensation & Work Environment
