Job summary

Twin Farms in Barnard, Vermont, is seeking a dedicated Dishwasher to support our front- and back-of-house operations. This role ensures wares are clean, sanitized, and ready for service, contributing to a seamless guest experience in a Five-Star setting.

Starting pay ranges from $15 to $20 per hour, with benefits including paid time off, meals during shifts, potential on-site housing, a 401(k) plan with employer matching, and health, dental, and vision coverage.

Responsibilities

• Washes all wares including pots, pans, flatware, and glasses, by hand or using dishwashers.
• Correctly places and stores clean equipment, dishes, and utensils in assigned storage areas.
• Stocks serving stations, cupboards, refrigerators, and other assigned areas with necessary dishes and utensils.
• Cleans trash receptacles with water or steam.
• Moves dishwashing supplies and equipment from storage to work area.
• May assist in cleaning and preparing various foods for cooking and/or serving, as directed.
• Ensures work areas remain safe, clean, and orderly, adhering to all company, local, and state guidelines regarding health, safety, and sanitation.
• Performs other related duties as assigned.

Job description

Twin Farms is located in bucolic Barnard, Vermont, about 90 minutes from Burlington, three hours from Boston, or five from New York City. Stays are reserved for adults only and are inclusive of all meals, fine wines and spirits, as well as all activities and equipment.

Compensation

• Starting Pay Range: $15/hr - $20/hr, actual compensation may be adjusted based on qualifications and/or experience.
