Qualifications

• Ability to work in a hot, wet, humid and loud environment for long periods.
• Physically able to lift, reach, bend and stoop as needed.
• Able to work effectively while standing for up to 10 hours per day.
• Safely lift bags, cases and dish racks weighing up to 60 pounds up to 30 times per shift.

Responsibilities

• Use and monitor the Dishwashing Machine properly at all times.
• Keep all areas supplied with clean and sanitized plates, glasses, utensils and cooking equipment.
• Bag and remove wastes and trash properly throughout the shift.
• Execute all prep duties quickly, efficiently, safely and according to PURE standards and specifications.
• Keep the dish and prep areas clean throughout the shift.
• Ensure that all Guests feel welcome and are given responsive, friendly and courteous service.
• Be available to fill in as needed to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
• Clock in and out accurately according to your posted schedule.
• Minimize waste by preparing food items accurately.
• Carry, stack, store and clean plates, glassware and utensils properly.
• Maintain a clean workplace and floor and address spills immediately.
• Work as a team with the other members of the BOH staff.
• Contribute to a positive, productive working environment.
