Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Daily Cleaning & Sanitizing of ovens, stoves, walls, exhaust hoods, filters, and other kitchen equipment.
• General Kitchen Maintenance: sweep, mop, clean counters, sinks, and appliances.
• Waste Management: empty trash, transport waste, replace liners.
• Deep Cleaning & Disinfection of high-touch surfaces using EPA-registered disinfectants.
• Equipment Care: clean and maintain kitchen equipment in good working order.
• Special Tasks: respond to spills, guest requests during overnight shifts.
• Restocking & Supplies: replenish cleaning supplies as needed across kitchen areas.
• Work in a high-energy kitchen environment, supporting the culinary team.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of all kitchen utensils, dishes, and equipment.
• Operate dishwashing machinery and ensure proper handling and storage of cleaned items.
• Assist with basic food prep tasks as needed.
• Follow safety and hygiene standards to ensure a clean and safe working environment.
• Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure smooth workflow and timely service.

• General Kitchen Maintenance:Sweep, mop, and scrub floors; remove food scraps and debris; clean and sanitize countertops, sinks, and appliances

• Waste Management:Empty trash and recycling bins, transport waste to designated areas, and replace liners/lids to maintain sanitary conditions

• Deep Cleaning & Disinfection:Conduct deep cleaning and disinfection of high-touch surfaces (e.g., handles, buttons, light switches) using approved EPA-registered disinfectants

• Equipment Care:Clean and maintain kitchen equipment, ensuring it is in good working order and ready for use

• Special Tasks:Respond to spills, guest requests, or unexpected cleaning needs during overnight shifts
