Job summary

HOMES in Ann Arbor, MI is looking for a Dishwasher/Steward to join the Dozer kitchen team. Availability is 9am–2pm daily, with a strong path to learn and grow in a high-energy, creative community of food and beverage ventures.

This role supports kitchen start-to-finish setup, helps maintain a clean, organized workspace, and assists during service. No prior experience required. Full-time (30+ hours/week) with $17/hr pay. Equal opportunity employer.

Responsibilities

• Assist in start-to-finish kitchen setup and keep a clean workspace
• Communicate between kitchen and floor staff to ensure smooth service
• Set up and maintain organized workspace and ensure equipment is stocked
• Perform general cleaning on floor and prep areas with the team
• Take on additional tasks to support the fast-growing team
