Job summary

Qualifications

• Basic knowledge of dishwashing.

Responsibilities

• Gathers dirty dishware from tubs and clears leftovers for washing.
• Loads full dishracks on belt and operates the machine as instructed.
• Regulates detergents and chemicals in the dishwashing system.
• Unloads clean dishes and stacks them for staff use.
• Manually scrubs pots, pans and other equipment as needed.
• Polishes silver, stainless steel and pewter for service presentation.
• Maintains dishwashing equipment and sanitation per guidelines.
• Keeps the dish room clean and orderly at all times.
• Performs other duties as assigned by management.
